It started off that the morning was the only time I could fit it in, but now that I'm used to it I prefer it that way! I feel so great all day. I can't believe they wanted you to pay that much for a meal plan that you had to print out yourself. Forget that! You are doing great otherwise so I doubt you need it. Oh and I LOVE Blogilates.
